01Design & development
It starts with a drawing.
Before any metal is cut, the mirror exists on paper — and in tooling steel. Every new model moves through prototyping, refinement and formal approval before a production order is released.

02Manufacturing
Metal becomes a mirror.
A steel sheet enters the line; a mirror housing comes out. Between them: cutting, full blank inspection, polishing, surface finishing and first-article approval.

03Assembly & testing
The moment it lights up.
Trained operators assemble each unit to a controlled procedure. Then the mirror faces its exams: housing inspection, light-up, hi-pot and a 120-minute aging run.

04Packing & warehousing
Ready for the project site.
The mirror is cleaned, protected and inspected one final time. Packaging designs are drop-tested before use, and data-managed warehousing keeps each SKU visible.
